Imagine how career readiness leaders and educators co-crafting their programming, content, policies, procedures, and expectations with the future workforce they are trying to reach can result in sustainable solutions. By centering those who have historically experienced marginalization, we create a collaboration between those burdened by systemic barriers and create a pathway to access for transformation.

Equity in Career Technical Education (CTE) programs means removing barriers in order to allow ALL students access to quality instruction, resources, and the experiences necessary to take that next step towards college and career readiness. This ultimately helps every student graduate and successfully transition into the workforce, military, or additional education.
